Service Calls & Installation - City metro areas  - All EX GST

• Technician's Service Calls normal business hours (Domestic City Metro Areas):
• $90 Call out charge. $60 per half hour thereafter. Additional charges for travel & parking may apply in some areas.

• Technicians's Service Calls normal business hours (commercial City Metro):
• $90 Call out Charge. $120 per hour thereafter. Additional charges for travel & parking may apply in some areas.

• Monitoring Back to Base Commissioning & Service - We re-program your alarm system to report to our control room:
• Validation of system, programming, testing & cleaning
• Commercial:        Normally $180.00 for a standard 8 zone single area alarm system. Call for quote for multi-area or large systems
• Residential:        Normally $180.00 for a standard /8 zone single area alarm system. Call for quote for multi-area or large systems

• "EMERGENCY CALL OUT" All service calls outside normal nusiness hours:
• $396 including travel & the first hour in attendance. $145 per hour thereafter

• Programming Technician's Service Calls normal business hours (Commercial):

• $240 including travel & the first hour in attendance. $120 per hour or $60 per 1/2 hour thereafter. Additional charges for parking may apply in some areas.

• Security Engineer and IT Service Calls normal business hours (Commercial):
• $280 including travel & the first hour in attendance. $140 per hour or $70 per 1/2 hour thereafter. Additional charges for parking may apply in some areas.

• Phone Support normal business hours: $45 per 15 minutes
• Phone Support outside business hours: $90 per 15 minutes

• Remote programming of codes & user changes ONLY: $45 per 15 min
• Remote arming & disarming of system: $45 (unless under special service contract)
• Advanced systems remote programming: $60 per 15 min (all programming other than stated above)

• Residential monitoring  (standard) 8 zone single area control panels: $8.50
• Commercial 8 zone single area control panels including CCO, reporting on contact ID or Ademco fast formats - (systems with multi-areas - call for quote): $11.50
• Additional area fee (i.e. Duress, Fire, etc): $6.50
• Additional fees for dual system montoring i.e. EMIZON, Alarmnet, GSM, GPRS, IT or Securitel: $9.50 (in addition to fees listed above)
• Short term monitoring can be provided at a cost of $180 commissioning and $12.10 per week (minimum 8 weeks), only to clients with approved Cage panels

• Open & Close, A/E/D on request: $45 each email/mail/fax
• Regular Montly Reports, each report is standard with Open & Close, A/E/D: $6 per month, email only
• Panel Configuration & History Report Printout (certain panels only capable of uploading & printout of memory & transactions up to a certain period prior to an event): $45 each email/mail/fax

• Casual Static Guards - City metropolitan areas
• Weekdays (Monday to Friday): $202.50 incl callout & 4hrs then $43.50 per hour
• Saturdays: $246.25 incl callout & 4hrs then $49.25 per hour
• Sundays: $315.00 inlc callout & 4 hrs then $63.00 per hour
• Public Holdiays: $347.00 incl callout & 4hrs then $69.40 per hour

• Alarm Response - City metropolitan areas
• Guard response: $65 incl 15 min on site plus $132 oer hour thereafter
• Casual Random Patrols - City metropolitan area
• Per patrol: $from $30 per patrol including up to 10 mins on site
• Cash Escort Services: By Negotiation
• Body Guard Services: By Negotiation
